LOL - that's how I feel when I'm around my dh's family and their kids, etc. I don't remember who is who and I sure as heck don't remember any names -but I'm getting better!! :)

You've got so much time left..lemme scroll up here and check out your age like I'm the expert or something... darnit, I'd have to go back and look but I know you are still pretty young. You've got plllleny of time. But you know, I was the same way - I wanted to have 'em while I was still "young" or thought I was young ya know. Enjoy the good life first - whatever that might be! Not that having babies isn't the good life because it is to me! You'll need some piniyinis running around one day!!

Oh and about arranged marriages WITHIN the family...I know this is very common in a lot of cultures and I respect that but it's not something I would wanna do. :/

Salaams and Hello Toseef! :)

I had to laugh when I read your thoughts on age and having kids. I was 27 when I had my son (I am still 27 lol). For me, it is a good age. I am more into the "mom" way of thinking and doing things.

Arrange marriages...hmmm...I am not going to say to much on this because my husband has cousins that married and they are extremely happy. But also saw arranged marriages that went down real bad. But I really think it is up to the person if they want to go that route. It shouldn't be forced.

Don't rush into having the kids. Take time to enjoy the married life first. To enjoy having that "one-on-one" time. I did and believe me, it was the best. But I know that it will be even better when it will be the 3 of us (I hope soon, Insha'Allah).
