Hey y'all, I'll be surprised if anyone tunes in to this place 'cos to be honest with ya I've not been, harr. Suddenly felt the need to update so here I am. The real reason I stopped blogging and loitering around my usual web destinations was, well I was getting to the stage where I thought I should do something with my life and stop being the aalloo that I am (i.e. no real goals and just being a chiller "go with the flow" kinda person).
Prioritising, that alone was a pain as I've never really made an attempt to do so. One of the things on the list was money and I'd always said this but never done anything about it, so I had to get my head into gear and work any overtime that was available (which led to working some really stupid hours).
One of the things I wanted/had to do was pay off was my credit card (the nought percent interest rate was due to expire, lol) so I started throwing whatever money I could at it and skimping at everything else ... which would be my usual nearly everyday takeouts.
I think I've done alright though, considering I did a credit card holiday back in June (showing a flare of my wild side) and was totally skint after that. When I came back my credit card balance was £1894 which is £6 under my limit! When I get paid this Friday, everything being OK, the balance should be at zero :)
Next thing on my list is going to the car insurance which is up for renewal in November, that's going to cost me about £1K. Can't wait to see how that one goes!
ahhh someone has realistic goals set...its gud to know for a change that in ur goal list u dont have...
climb Mount Everest...
visit moon somewhere next Feb when the weather is gud
and become President of nowhere anywhere by 2010 :)
Gud luck with the car insurance
