Ha ha. Ha ha again. I was going to write about how much I feel I've matured over this near one month break but c'mon ... let's not lie to ourselves. I really haven't done eff all in the time that I've not been blogging and boy, did I enjoy every minute of it or what?!
Y'know if there was a competition for the laziest guy ever I would win hands down. Like today for example, I had cousins over and where was I? Tucked up in bed sleeping like a baby. Yah I realise it was 5pm and even then I managed to sleep for a good 3 hours. Came down and did some good ol' pakistani handshakes with the guys when dad says ...
"So where ya been?" thinking that I'd been out somewhere
"Sleeping"
... to which they all have a chuckle over. Then my uncle says in a bit of a serious tone ...
"So um, how come you went to sleep?"
"If you're feeling sleepy ... go to sleep. That's what I always say" Bit of a weird answer, I realised that after when he says "Tu changa bandah veh" (translation: "you're a good guy") hmmm I think he likes meh!
You know what the funniest thing was, that even made me laugh? When I woke up from my 3 hour "nap" like a minute after I was laughing out loud in bed thinking "What the flying ferk? Why am I in bed and why am I laughing?". Then it came to me like a warm slap from a molvi, fuck it you don't need a reason or an occasion to laugh. Just laugh and be happy.
(So I laughed some more).
