jam and sponge text msg

Got a text message from a bradford cousin of mine yesterday evening, and although the situation he described wasn't pleasant it had me laughing away. I think he sent it to me by mistake because he always plays the cool, calm guy when he's with us so this was him in a different light.

I'm really pissed off. Some dickhead has just crashed into my car in one of those new skodas. Theres fucking jam and sponge everywhere!

Rofl, I'm pretty sure that wasn't meant for me but I'm gonna surprise him and give him a call today. Oh, I think what he means by the 'jam and sponge' bit is that he was eating jam and sponge cake when the crash happened (he's become a big fat teddy bear since he got married) so I'mma have to lecture him on that.
