Remove Blogger Nav Bar

I'm gonna start posting some coding stuff on this blog from now on, because when I get bored I end doing some coding anyway.

The code below will remove the blogger iframe navbar that is shown by default on all blogspot domains. You'll need to edit your blogger template and insert the following in the stylesheet section.

#navbar-iframe { height:0; visibility:hidden; display:none; }

For those of you who may be concerned about Blogger's reaction, at the moment there is nothing in their terms of service disallowing this and many have taken advantage of it already.

The only reason I have posted this on here is because I know there are loads of people whose blog template is being ruined by the navbar.

On request here are step by step instructions for those who may need them.

If you are on the "new" Blogger: Template >> Edit HTML then place the code before ]]></b:skin> or if you are using the old version: Template >> insert the code before the closing style tag, i.e </style>.

its a better way to hide the nav bar: it hides it by default but adds a button so that you can later enable it again.
