Came home from Uni today, and because Friday is a full day for me (9-4 with only 1 hour gap) I was tired and went straight to my room and slumped straight on my pillow face down.
Next thing I know an hour has gone past, and while I'm waking up I realise my feet are so warm. I didn't even remove my shoes or socks (or my jacket for that matter). I'm annoyed because I didn't want to go to sleep. I'm also beginning to think there's something wrong with me.
Usually I'll half a laugh about it and if my friends can't get hold of me they'll assume I've nodded off (and quite rightly so) but today I'm not seeing the funny side to it.

hey tos, whats your diet like.. seriously not having a healthy balanced lifestyle can make you feel tierd and restless if you dont get sleep!
It might just be because ramzaan's gone and we dont feel so good anymore, the barkat's gone..
might take some time getting used to
Or you could try going to the docs and having your haemoglobin checked out. Its most prob that you're bodys just catching up cos of ramadan
Yeah, what's your diet like? That can have a big effect on you from what I've heard. I'm with the rest though, maybe your just balancing back out after Ramzan? But you'd think you would be balanced back out by now though. Seriously though, you really need to get some rest. Sounds like you are just wearing yourself out. Try to get some good, uninterrupted sleep and see if you feel fresh after that. I hope it gets better. Feeling like that can make you miserable. Take care of yourself!!
