As always there's a rush to buy clothes for Eid, and anyone who knows me will tell you I'm not fond of doing shopping at retailers. All the rush, the people are not my kind of thing - thankfully my cousin T has come up with an excellent solution.
He used to work for a catalogue company which sells all the latest brands, and as an ex-employee he receives a discount. A whopping 40% discount and free p&p. The loving, caring guy that he is, he passed the offer my way.
On Sunday my sister Boba is asking me what I'll be wearing (she knows I'm a late shopper) and I tell her I don't know. I tell her to pick out some stuff from the catalogue because I cant be bothered, not really my thing.
When I tell her T gave me 40% off she's delighted, to say the least. So we chuck some stuff in for her and my elder sister and quite a few things for me (since I need a wardrobe update so badly).
Then we go online at around late Sunday night and begin to order. The total is showing at £250, I enter the discount code and now it's at £150. Ah that's so much better! I'm going to raid this catalogue every time my pay packet goes in ;-)
