Finally got everything sorted and managed to transfer the blogger posts and comments into my database. Moving data is such a pain and I'm glad it's over, now I'll never have to rely on blogger again. Don't get me wrong, blogger is great and does the average joe fine except (me being me) I wanted more control over my site.

There is a slight problem with the old comments though and that is those comments are not shown in the correct order because of date issues, unfortunately they can't be fixed (you won't notice them anyway) but on the bright side everything is working honky-dory at the moment.

I plan on having categories sometime in the future and expanding the site as much as I can, maybe get a few people helping me on the site so I can cover more topics.

The only other thing I need to do now is finish off a reply to the gay muslim posts, I've left it too long as it is!

I would like to thank Blogger for getting me started in the blogosphere and recommend it to everyone out there. Thank you blogger and goodnight.

Mon 31st Oct 05 07:10:34 PM 2 Lever: Wow, you've been busy of late dude, good on ya and congrats for getting a handle on the blog by moving on from blogger. Blogger's good, but needs more features... maybe if I'm lazy enough to hang with it they may upgrade by this time next year LOL
