This past few days the weather has and still is too hot for us Brits to handle. I for one can't hack it even though I went to Pakistan last year and it was boiling.
The bast*d thing is the weather changes in an instance, for example on Sunday I along with some mates were hoping to go to the Bradford Mela to chill out and watch some bands performing. We set off in great sunny weather at half 4 and 20 mins into our journey it started pouring it down. We couldn't believe it. It was sad watching everyone on the street wearing sunny clothes being drenched in the hard cold rain; we were lucky to be in a car. We waited around 20 mins for the rain to stop, that didn't happen. Ended up deciding to go home and calling it a day. We got home and the rain had stopped and the sun was out. For fu*ks sake! Unpredictable god-damn British weather, why can't it be cloudy and showers all the time so atleast that way we know what is happening. As you might have guessed we didn't bother going back.
Anyways, walking into town today in this scorching 25 C weather I am pleased to say all the ladies were looking that little bit more eye-candy-ish. Truth is this kind of weather drains us Brit's, totally changes our life style. We can't be bothered going to work (even more so that is), doing the shopping apart from buying ice-creams, ahh you know what I mean. This weather, damn right unnecessary.
aww, come on, didnt you see all that thunder and lighting afterwards! :D
sat outside in a garden in the pouring rain, watching lighting strikes in the distant horizon, wondering how close or far they were, and what did they hit.
was the best part of the whole week!
