Yup another picture from my phone. That's our backyard just plain concrete with some metal gates.
Our house is a terraced three bedroom with a living room and kitchen; the average in the Savile Town area. The disgusting thing is that they are all priced around the £100,000 range. Bummer.
?100K ??? Man, that's awesome. I could put a 50% down payment on that and have a £2k a year mortgage... that'd save me like nearly £3K a year...
We got tiny little flats 'round the corner, 1 bedroom for ?120K, and 2 bedroom for ?180K :eek:
It's too expensive down here.
